Put several ceramic tiles together and look closely under the light, the color difference of a good product is very small, and the color tone between the products is basically the same. The color difference of poor products is large, and the shades of color between products are different.
Specification:
Can be measured by calipers, good product specifications deviation is small, after paving, the product is neat, the brick seam is straight, and the decorative effect is good.
Brick surface:
It can be directly observed with the naked eye, requiring the product to face straight and flat. The product deformation is small, the construction is convenient, and the brick surface is smooth and beautiful after paving.
Pattern:
Good ceramic tile pattern, pattern, clear color, delicate and realistic craftsmanship, no obvious color leakage, dislocation, broken line or different shades and other defects.
Sound:
Hold the corner of the tile with the thumb, index finger and middle finger of the left hand, hang it gently, and tap the middle and lower part of the ceramic with the index finger of the right hand, if the sound is clear, pleasant is the upper grade, if the sound is dull, the dullness is the lower grade.
Hardness:
The tile has a good hard bottom, strong toughness and is not easy to break. Carefully observe whether the outside of the fragment fracture is fine or loose, whether the color is consistent, and whether it contains particles; scratch each other with fragments and corners, whether hard, brittle or soft; Whether there are scratches or scattered powder. If it is the former, the ceramic tile is the upper grade, and the latter is the lower grade.
