AST currently has 3 production bases：handmade tile production base,terrazzo production base, mosaic production and processing base.
Small Tile Production Base
Our small tile factory covers an area of about 30,000 square meters, including Production Area and Warehouse. Our production departments include Design Department, R&D Trial Production Department, Tile Body Making Department,Glazing Department, Hand Painting Department, Kiln Department, Cutting Department, Paving Department, Packaging Department, Quality checking department,Logistics department 150 people in total.Our small tile factory is an all-round small tile production factory which including machine production and pure handmade production. We have an independent tile body production department (machine making and handmade) which helps clients create more different tile shapes.And the workmanship ranges from machine inkjet, solid color glaze, to hand screen printing, kiln transformed glaze, ice cracking glaze, fantasy glaze, enamel glaze, Hand-painted, etc. Which covers almost all handmade tile crafting techniques currently in the market. We use roller kilns for firing and currently have 2 kiln production lines, which allows us to produce approximately 1,400 square meters per day,about 30 20-foot containers per month.Our five sets of cutting equipment can guarantee our production capacity of about 300-500 square meters per day, productivity of paving about 200 square meters per day.

Terrazzo Production Base
Our terrazzo production base covers an area of 30,000 square meters and has about 60 employees, including department of R&D, color modulation, material mixing, pour mold pressing, slate cutting, processing, packaging,Quality checking,after-sales follow-up etc.Most of our The production process has been automated, with daily output reaching 3,000-5,000 square meters,productivity of about 150 20 foot container each month. This terrazzo production area exists specially for projects, mainly serving real estate developers, architects, engineers and designers.
Starting in 2018, we expended a handmade terrazzo department, mainly producing terrazzo with special colors and special aggregates, as well as oversized aggregate terrazzo that cannot be produced by machines, and terrazzo with special arrangement rules and special shapes. The addition of this department allows us to not only accept large project orders, but also realize small order production and customization of special styles. This means that customizable terrazzo styles and craftsmanship can be enriched, which is very friendly to wholesalers and retailers.

Mosaic and Stone Production Base
Our mosaic production factory covers an area of approximately 5,000 square meters which including production area and raw material storage area. Our production and processing mainly include stone, stainless steel, glass, ceramics, shells and other materials. Our terrazzo and stone processing is also in this production area. We are equipped with 5 people in the raw material procurement department, 5 people in the design and R&D department, 50 people in the cutting department, 50 people in the paving department, 10 people in the packaging department, 5 people in the quality inspection department and other logistics departments, adding up to about 130 people. Excluding equipment in our terrazzo production area and ceramic tile production area, we have 1 block cutting machines, 80 cutting and processing machines, 2 polishing lines, 1 drying line, etc. Our daily mosaic output can reach 500-1500 square meters. The production capacity of stone tiles can reach 2500 square meters per day.Here we collect some of the latest, unique, and even customized materials and process them into more rich pattern designs of mosaic tiles.
